Refund Policy

1 — The principle Hibrora is a digital service that is consumed the moment it is used. For that reason we make a mistake good with the service itself — we give you back what you missed of it — not with money. And we do not want you to pay without meaning to: try the free plan before you subscribe, and cancel whenever you wish. 2 — Purchase and cancellation Subscriptions are sold through Google Play only, and you pay Google, not us directly. You cancel your subscription at any time from Google Play: "Payments and subscriptions" then "Subscriptions". Renewal stops, and your plan stays until the end of the cycle you paid for. 3 — Asking Google for a refund You may ask Google directly to refund your money, and Google considers it under its own policy, not ours: https://support.google.com/googleplay/answer/2479637 If Google accepts your request, the plan is withdrawn from your account, because its price went back to you. 4 — Compensation instead of a refund If a mistake happens on our side, we do not refund money; we compensate you with what is more useful to you and faster: pages added to your credit — for example for a page that was deducted and not translated; or days added to your plan — for example for an outage that kept you from using what you paid for; or a feature opened for you temporarily. Compensation credit is not lost when your cycle renews. And a message reaches you inside the app setting out what was given back to you and why. 5 — When we do not compensate If you simply did not like the quality of the machine translation — machine translation makes mistakes and this is known in advance, and the app has an editor to correct whatever you wish. If your account was restricted or suspended for a confirmed breach of the terms. 6 — How to ask Write to us at support@hibrora.com from the same email registered on your account, and tell us what happened. We reply within three working days. 7 — Your statutory rights Nothing in this policy affects any right granted to you by the law in force in your country that cannot be waived.
