Content Policy and Removal Requests

1 — Where we stand in relation to the works being translated Hibrora does not host works, does not publish them, and does not distribute them. Your pages never reach our server: their text is read on your device, and nothing reaches us but the words, so we can translate them and hand them back to you. Our server has no endpoint that accepts images at all. We are a tool in your hand, like a pen you write with or a dictionary you open. 2 — What is forbidden Hibrora may not be used for: Sexually explicit and pornographic material of every kind. Any content showing children in a sexual context — this is a line with no tolerance at all, no grace period and no warning. Content that incites violence or hatred against persons or groups. 3 — How we enforce this We do not read your translations and we do not browse them. But our server checks the bubble text that reaches it for translation against a list of words and phrases, each with a weight. The judgment is on the total in the page, not on a single word — a passing word in a clean work is not enough. It does not check images, because images never reach us. And what may follow the check, from the lightest to the heaviest: A silent flag: the translation proceeds as usual, and the page is stored for review. Nothing changes for you. Refusing the page: when the content is very clear, the page may not be translated and a message reaches you saying so. Nothing is deducted from your credit for a page that was refused. Review: flagged pages are reviewed by the owner of the service himself, who may use an AI model to judge whether they really are in breach. Nothing reaches the model but the text of the page. Temporary restriction: if confirmed breaching pages repeat from a single account within a short period, the account may be restricted temporarily — manually or automatically. The restriction prevents translation only: your account, your works and your previous translations remain yours, and you can download them. Its duration is known and shown to you in the app, and it lifts by itself when it expires. If the breach repeats after it is lifted, the next restriction lasts longer. Permanent suspension: this happens only by a human decision after review, never by an automatic verdict. As for content showing children in a sexual context, its account is suspended the moment it is established, with no grace period. The reason for this gradation is that automated checking makes mistakes: a sentence in a clean work may be read the wrong way, and someone wrongly accused is hard to make whole. 4 — Appealing If your account is restricted and you believe that is a mistake, appeal from the app: "My account" then "Account status". There you will find the reason for the restriction and its duration, and a box in which to write your appeal. Each restriction allows a limited number of appeals, with a waiting period between one appeal and the next. Running out of appeals does not lengthen the restriction and does not make it permanent — it stays for its duration and then lifts. Our decision on an appeal is one of: upholding the restriction, lifting it, lifting it with an apology, or lifting it with an apology and compensation for what you missed. You can also write to us at support@hibrora.com 5 — For rights holders If you hold rights in a work and believe Hibrora is being used in a way that harms you, write to us at support@hibrora.com and state: the name of the work and what establishes your right in it; a description of exactly what you would like us to do; a way to contact you. We tell you from the outset what we can and cannot do, so that we do not promise you what we do not have: there is no copy of your work's images with us to delete, since images never reach us and our server does not accept them. But we can and do: delete the translations of your work and the story memory terms stored with us, and suspend the accounts of anyone using the tool to publish or sell your work if you establish that. We answer every serious report within seven working days. 6 — Reporting abuse If you see someone using Hibrora for what is forbidden here, tell us at support@hibrora.com. We treat the report seriously and we do not disclose the name of the person reporting.
